MA11ORCA FOOTBALL
Academy football.
Learning through Mallorca.
A football tour should give an academy more than a change of scenery. MA11ORCA’s vision in Mallorca, Spain, connects training, suitable match experiences and learning, with programmes shaped around the age, level and objectives of each visiting group.
Project in development. Programmes and availability are subject to confirmation.

A programme built around the academy
A youth club, school team and professional academy need different experiences. We begin with the coaching staff’s priorities: technical work, decision-making, team preparation or exposure to a different football environment. Girls’ and boys’ groups can discuss their own objectives, without a one-size-fits-all itinerary.
Short visits and longer development stays
The project envisages introductory visits, intensive training periods and longer development experiences. Duration should follow the learning goals, school calendar and travel constraints. An illustrative day might combine a training session, video review, a workshop and recovery time; the final timetable will depend on confirmed facilities and staff.
Learning for players and professionals
Players can explore football alongside personal development and cultural exchange. Coaches and academy staff can discuss observation visits, workshops and exchanges on training and education. Miquel Flexas brings teaching and youth coaching experience. No accredited qualification, club trial or professional pathway is promised.
Planning a youth group’s stay
Before confirming any youth programme, the proposal needs to address supervision, accommodation, transfers, dietary needs, communication and responsibilities for minors. Match opportunities and opponents depend on age, playing level, calendar and availability. Families travelling with the team may need a separate island itinerary.
International football experience through Matchday
Javier Herranz, a licensed FIFA Match Agent, brings more than 20 years of international football and team travel experience through Matchday Football. This experience informs MA11ORCA, a separate project in development. For a current trip, contact Matchday to discuss scope and availability.

Is the MA11ORCA academy already open?
No. MA11ORCA is in development. We welcome programme and partnership enquiries; facilities, dates, staffing and availability will be confirmed as the project progresses.
Can a Japanese academy discuss a group visit?
Yes. Share your age groups, objectives, preferred period and group size. Language support, learning content and all services would be specified in the individual proposal.
Does a visit include a trial or an official coaching licence?
No trial, contract, club access or accredited qualification is included by default. Any external participation or certification would require a separate, confirmed agreement.
